Spiritually:
God has been teaching me so much lately. It is an interesting time of life where so much is about to happen and Faith is so essential. With so many things coming up, it is easy to try and reach past where God has put me and sometimes become dissatisfied. I strive for Contentment. I also know that the devil does not rest. As I seek to draw closer to Christ, he will strive to take me down. I pray for Perseverance, Strength and to be Grounded in Christ when these trials come.
Personally:
With all the things going around me and in my life it becomes easy to tune out the needs of others. I am among the oldest in our young group and so I pray for Wisdom and an Open Heart to seek to help others. I have recently started a relationship with a brother as my mentor and I pray that we can Grow together in Christ as brothers.
Academically:
I pray for Focus and Concentration as I pursue my studies. As the semester wears on it is easy to get bogged down and burnt out. So I pray for Clarity of mind and Endurance as I strive to do my best in this area.
Professionally:
I just accepted an internship with Case New Holland in Benson, MN. I pray that God would keep me Grounded in my travels. I pray for good Relationships with my co-workers, as well as the church there in Morris. I pray that I would be capable and useful in the capacity that I will be working in, that my skills could be utilized and strengthened.
